Doha International Airport is served by a number of international carriers and is located very close to downtown Doha (Qatar Airways has the largest presence at Doha and flies from 85 cities around the world). You may either arrange a car service through your hotel to meet you at the airport upon arrival, or take a taxi from the Airport into Doha. A taxi ride from the Airport to the Museum can take 10-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs less than $10 US.
